2. The length of the flatbed vehicle shall be such that after the steel rails is loaded, its outermost support point on the vehicle extends from the steel rails beyond the length of the vehicle by no more than 4 meters.

3. When the steel rails is placed on the car, the storage method should be referred to, and the wood should be padded to prevent the friction between the steel rails and the car body from damaging the steel rails.

4. After loading the vehicle, use a steel wire rope to fix the steel rails to the flat vehicle and tighten it.
