4. The braking distance of the train shall be determined at least once a year, and the material shall not exceed 40m when transporting materials; it shall not exceed 20m when transporting personnel. In the section where the curve or the driver's line of sight is obstructed, a signal indicating that the train is busy will be blocked. Do not allow the car to be lifted (if the car needs to be lifted in special circumstances, the speed should be slow, and chain workers must be in front of the command and the chain of the mining machinery and the mine car must be fastened).
