2. Difficulties in rail tamping machine lifting
In response to this problem, a series of improvements are required. ① Seal the rail tamping machineplatform as much as possible, and then increase the operating temperature of the tamping hammer. ② Install a hot air curtain on each rail tamping machine, and blow dry hot air to the tamping hammer to solve the problem of frosting on the tamping hammer, and then solve the difficulty of lifting the tamping hammer. Due to the working stroke, the friction plate of the tamping hammer may wear differently from top to bottom, and the lower plate wears quickly. It is necessary to replace the lower friction plate before winter. Usually check the gap between the tamping hammer and increase the friction between the two to reduce the number of problems that the tamping hammer can't lift.
