In order to ensure that the train runs at a speed not exceeding the speed required by the weighbridge, a dowty retarder is proposed to be added at the loading station to counteract the influence of gravity on train speed. Due to the fact that the medium strength loading station must pass through the line at the exit end of the track scale to reach the empty car and start the heavy vehicle, if the dowty retarder is set on the section line outside the track scale, there will be overspeed of the arriving train and easy damage to the dowty retarder, or increase the line resistance in the section (equivalent to increasing the section resistance), which will affect the running speed of the inbound train. Therefore, it is considered to install deceleration items on the arrival departure track and the flat slope section before and after the track scale.
150 dowty retarder shall be installed 50 m in front of the track scale (in the direction of the station), and no top shall be arranged in the turnout area. 730 retarders shall be installed within 210 m of the warning mark of two heavy vehicle departure lines. After this arrangement, it can ensure that the train will enter the scale at the speed of 15km / h when leaving the station, and the speed of the last train passing through the scale shall not exceed 30km / h.
