What requirements should the vehicle to test the dowty retarder meet

The vehicle for testing the dowty retarder should meet the following requirements:

 a) When testing braking power, resistance power, critical speed and their errors, the weight of the vehicle should not be less than 20 t, and the lightest vehicle should be used when testing the lifting height;

b) When testing the inner dowty retarder, the height of the wheel rim should be 25mm;

c) When testing the outer dowty retarder, the wear depth of the wheel tread should not exceed 2mm;

d) The diameter of the wheel tread should be 840 mm;

e) The thickness of the wheel rim should be 32mm
