Combining the above two factors, when the train passes the "dead dowty retarder", it is easy to cause the empty car or the caboose at the rear to go off the line. Even if a single slipped vehicle passes the "dead dowty retarder", it will not cause a disconnection accident. Verify the above analysis. Therefore, the "dead dowty retarder" is very harmful to the pulling out of the vehicle or the large group of vehicles rolling out and should be eliminated in time.
