Daily maintenance:

The deformation of the carriage and the welding of the bottom beam.
Check whether there are cracks in the mate and the wear of the mate, and whether the hooks, loops and pins of the connecting device are complete and complete.
A mine car with serious defects found during routine maintenance and inspection should be sent to a repair shop for repair.

Periodic inspection:
Find out the technical status of all mine wagon.
Determine whether the carriages and parts of each mine wagon can continue to be used.
Determine the number of mine wagon to be repaired and the repair content.
All mine cars should be inspected and lubricated at least once for 3 months. Wheels that have been in operation for one year should be disassembled for inspection, cleaned, and lubricated.
