The rail tamping machine operator must be trained and qualified to take the job. Strictly follow the gasoline engine manual and the machine instruction manual for maintenance, and add fuel and lubricant according to the regulations. Rotate the connecting handle on the machine head to the upper side, insert the soft shaft plug into the inner hole of the shaft, insert the connector into the hole of the machine head, make the connecting handle fall into the arc groove of the connecting head, move the connecting handle, and then vibrate The crowbar is inserted into the rack. Check all insulation, tighten the fasteners, and tension the drive belt. Start the engine in accordance with the procedures specified in the gasoline engine user manual and the instruction manual. Lift the upper machine and place the single running wheel out of the support tube on the other side of the rail and tighten the fastening screws. Remove the vibrating rod and gently touch the front end to the ground to make it sound. When tamping, two machines should be used in sets and placed on both sides of the sleeper. Never use a vibrating rod to slap sleepers or rails to avoid hitting the rails, sleepers and connecting parts. After the tamping is completed, turn off the engine and get off the road in time. Lift out of the limit. When walking on the shoulder, retract the single running wheel back to the support tube and tighten the fastening screw.
Before starting to tamping, first open the bumper. Because the bumper is under the tamping, it prevents the tamping hammer from falling and hurting people in non-working conditions. Manually open the rail tamping machine, the upper tightening flap of the rail tamping machine is opened under the action of hydraulic pressure. The transmission unit drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, and the tamping hammer falls. Under the eccentric wheel, the tamping hammer reciprocates up and down. (The tamping hammer is descending. In the process, all rely on gravity, and the ascending process is driven by the eccentric wheel to tighten the friction plate on the tamping hammer.) The automatic feeder has been adding coal during this process. After 5~7 minutes of work, the coal cake in the coal loading car is basically in place. At this time, the limit sensor on the top of the rail tamping machine receives the induction signal of the rising tamping hammer, the feeder ramping machine Automatic stop. After all the tamping hammers have stopped, the upper urging flap of the rail tamping machine is automatically tightened, and the tamping hammer is raised by the eccentric wheel. (The tightening flap is composed of two steel pieces of about 1/4 round, one side The tamping hammer can be opened during the ascending process, and the tamping hammer will automatically tighten when it is falling under the force of gravity.) After all the tamping hammers receive the position, they automatically stop.
