Rail tamping machine, also known as wind punch, tamping hammer and tamping hammer, is a mechanized hand tool driven by compressed air. It is suitable for the compaction of foundry sands and can also be used to build furnaces and repair furnace linings, which can significantly improve work. Efficiency and reduced labor intensity.
Rail tamping machine operation process? Rail tamping machine manufacturers bring you more knowledge!
1. After the coal-loading vehicle is in the proper position, open the automatic feeder and lower the coal for about 20 seconds. The feeder stops automatically. Prepare to tamping.
2. Before starting to tamper, first open the bumper. Since the bumper is in a tamping state, it prevents the tamping hammer from falling and injuring people in a non-working state.
3. Manually open the rail tamping machine. The clamping clamp on the rail tamping machine is opened under the action of hydraulic pressure. The transmission unit drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, the tamping hammer descends, and the tamping hammer moves the eccentric wheel up and down. (The tamping hammer is in the process of descending, All rely on gravity, and the ascending process is driven by the eccentric to tighten the friction plates on the tamping hammer.) The automatic feeder has been adding coal during this process.
4. After 5 to 7 minutes of work, the coal cake of the coal loading car is basically in place. At this point, the limit sensor on the top of the rail tamping machine receives the rising tamper, the sensor's sensing signal, and the rail tamping machine automatically stops.
5. After all the tamping hammers have stopped, the upper part of the rail tamping machine is automatically tightened and the tamping hammer is lifted by the eccentric. (The tightening valve consists of two steel pieces of about 1/4 turn. One can be opened in the ascending hammer, and the hammer will be automatically tightened when the hammer is dropped by gravity.) All the tamping hammers are received. After the location, they will stop automatically.
6. Lower the bumper. Completed.
