1 CDH-Y Train Hydraulic Buffer Stop parameter technical:
1.1 The center of the buffer head to the rail surface height:
For the standard rail vehicles: 850±10mm
For the subway, light rail and other vehicles:500±10mm, 660±10mm,678±10mm,720±10mm
Other height can be designed as the car coupler which provides by customer
1.2 The size and the shape of the buffer head
For the standard rail vehicles:480*250mm flat shape
For the subway, light rail and other vehicles:This is matched with the size and the shape of the car coupler
1.3 The allowing impact speed of the vehicle:There are 4 classes according with the structural strength
Class one:CDH-Y-15 type:V≤15km/h
Class two:CDH-Y-20 type V≤20km/h
Class three :CDH-Y-25 type V≤25km/h
Class four:CDH-Y-30 type V≤30km/h
1.4 The level of total resistance(F) of the stop buffer:There are 3 classes according to different dampers:
Class one:2 couples of the dampers: F≥30t
Class two:3 couples of the dampers: F≥45t
Class three: 4 couples of the dampers: F≥60t
1.5 After being impacted by the vehicle,the slid distance of the buffer stop ,please see attachment .
