Safe operation requirements for mine wagon lifting

The mine wagon is a lifting container used for inclined shaft lifting. It is divided into fixed car type mine car, inverted car type mine car, bottom unloading type mine car, human car and material car according to structure and use. It can upgrade coal, vermiculite, and decentralized materials to lift personnel and equipment.

(1) Each yard of the inclined well lane mine car must be equipped with a signal diversion room and a dodge compartment. The lanes of the diversion wells must be provided with signals and waiting rooms. Waiting room must have enough space.

(2) When using the mine wagon to lift in the inclined shaft, the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines” must be observed.

(3) When the inclined shaft is lifted, the vehicle is prone to sudden accidents during operation, resulting in broken ropes, derailed roads and rollovers, etc., which are easy to squeeze, bump and buck, and the hooks and the pedestrians in the roadway. Therefore, when lifting the inclined shaft, it is strictly forbidden to hook and walk.
