The ordinary shell and dust-proof ring of the sliding part of the dowty retarder shall be lubricated once every 1-3 months, and the other parts shall be lubricated once every 3-6 months; if oil-free lubrication or other special lubrication methods are adopted, the provisions of relevant technical documents shall be implemented.

The installation height of the dowty retarder shall be measured and adjusted at least once a year.

The dowty retarder, controllable top control valve and outdoor control equipment shall be cleaned at least once a year.

Outdoor maintenance can also be carried out at the same time in combination with outdoor maintenance, and the maintenance cycle can be adjusted appropriately according to the site operation volume, weather, environment and other working conditions as well as the actual situation of maintenance.
