Put "QR code" on the dowty retarder

In recent years, with the rapid development of global information technology, informatization construction has become the focus of the national economy. Harbin South Railway Station has taken the opportunity to develop and use a large number of information technologies in equipment management, make two-dimensional codes for "dowty retarder", and realize real-time tracking management.

The dowty retarder, known as "iron mushroom", is a kind of hydraulic equipment used for speed control of rolling vehicles in the Hump Speed Control System of marshalling station. At present, 12880 retarders are used in Hanan station.

Due to the large number of dowty retarder used, it is impossible to carry out fine management, resulting in a lot of unnecessary waste of human and material resources.

This year, they specially introduced the method of two-dimensional code printing identity information to implement a new management mode of top use, inspection, repair and inspection of deceleration. Before the new dowty retarder is put into use, the two-dimensional code of identity information shall be printed; after the dowty retarder is repaired, the two-dimensional code of repair information shall be printed again to record the information of each dowty retarder for top use, inspection, repair and inspection, so as to realize fine management in the whole process.

The application of this method realizes the function of retroactive maintenance responsibility, greatly strengthens the implementation of responsibility for dowty retarder maintenance, and ensures the quality of dowty retarder maintenance.

The newly developed QR code management platform gives each dowty retarder unique identity information. At the same time, the specific position of each dowty retarder shall be recorded clearly, and the information shall be updated synchronously after replacement and maintenance, so as to avoid problems such as overdue service and early scrapping.

Through two-dimensional code management and targeted inspection, it not only maximizes the service life of dowty retarder, saves cost and improves production efficiency, but also provides practical guarantee for safety production.
