Approach:
1. Eliminate the breakage of the pantograph and replace the spring to make the skateboard contact with the wire. Repair the broken part of the power cord to ensure that the terminal is not loose, and the motor car is powered normally.

2. Restore the automatic power supply of the automatic switch, replace or repair the burnt contacts and power cord. Repair the terminal block or magnetic coil to ensure the control loop voltage is normal.

3. Repair the part that the controller should be turned on, repair the main contact or the auxiliary contact, and ensure good contact. Repair the loosened wire according to the wiring diagram of the motor car.

4. Eliminate the startup resistance fault, repair or replace the starting resistor to ensure the normal start of the motor car.

5. Repair the internal circuit of the motor, repair the internal circuit of the motor, repair the main magnetic pole or the commutating magnetic pole coil circuit. Repair the connecting wire terminal block to ensure that the brush and the commutator are in good contact.

6. Eliminate the grounding of the motor main circuit grounding line, repair the grounding wire of the controller and the motor, and ensure that the terminal is not loose.
