Mine wagon is a narrow-gauge railway handling vehicle that transports bulk materials such as coal, ore and vermiculite in mines. It is generally required to be towed by locomotives or winches.
Mine wagon installation preparation
Before the mine wagon is installed, first check the installation position of the mine wagon, check the track laying situation, whether the parallelism and flatness of the two rails meet the requirements, and adjust them in time. The rail top of the linear track should be at the same level, and the allowable error in the length direction should not exceed 1 mm per meter, and should not exceed 3 mm per 10 m. The allowable error on the corresponding measuring point in the left and right direction does not exceed 2 mm.
After careful inspection without problems, according to the installation requirements, ensure that the centerline of the mine wagon's wheelset coincides with the centerline of the track.
