Mine Wagon Maintenance And Inspection Measures

Daily maintenance:

       Check if the mine wagon wheel is flexible and the sound is normal when the wheel rotates;

       Whether the yaw of the mine wagon wheel and the wear of the rim are over-limit; whether the fastening bolts of the wheel are loose;

       The deformation of the mine wagon and the welding of the bottom beam;

       Check the cracks and the amount of wear of the contacts, and the hooks, rings and bolts of the mine wagon connecting device are complete and complete.

       Mine wagon, which is found to have serious defects during routine maintenance inspections, should be sent to the repair shop for repair.

Periodic inspection: 

       Identify the technical status of all mine wagon operations;

       Determine whether the car and its parts of each mine wagon can continue to be used;

       Determine the quantity and repair content of the mine wagon to be repaired;

       All mine wagons should be inspected and oiled once for at least 3 months. Wheels that have been in operation for one year should be dismantled for inspection and cleaning.
